Your people take callsigns, split into squadrons and fly a mission at their own mission table. Then they sit in a nameless, rankless debrief and pull it apart.

A keynote paired with hands-on, military-style mission workshops. Teams split into squadrons, take callsigns, then plan, brief, execute and debrief a mission of their own using the Flawless Execution method – the same loop a squadron runs before and after every sortie.
There are three formats. Top Gun Mini runs 1.5 hours – a keynote plus one interactive workshop. Top Gun Signature runs 2.5 to 3.5 hours with a full mission workshop end to end, and is the format we run most often at flagship events. Top Gun Plus runs 3.5 to 6 hours with multiple workshops, two keynotes and the full method.
From a small leadership team to more than 600 delegates in a single session. We have run a full-day program with more than 50 mission tables and over 600 people operating at once.
Both. Top Gun Mini suits conference breakouts and shorter sessions, Top Gun Signature suits flagship conferences and large audiences, and Top Gun Plus suits full-day offsites and leadership intensives.
There is no standard fee. It moves with the format, the length, which pilots present, audience size and travel. Tell us the date and the shape of the event and we send a written fee range back within one to two business days.
